Although the Museum Archaeology and History in Dublin has special displays about Egypt and the Roman world, its main focus is the artifacts found throughout Ireland including many Celtic works.

Ogham stones, jewelry, and the beloved Ardagh Chalice are on display free to the public every day, except Mondays and certain holidays.

Photography is not permitted within the museum without express prior approval.
Admission Fee (local currency): free

Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00 - 5:00 Sunday: 2:00 - 5:00 Closed Mondays (Including Bank Holidays), Christmas Day and Good Friday
