Display in front of St. Albans Historical Museum.

Cast 1776. Fired 3-4 lb. shot.

Used by British Army in Napoleonic War.

Used by British Army at Battle of Plattsburgh (1814), when it was captured by Vermont Militia.

Used by Canada Border Protection in 1837.*

Arrived here 1840.

*Not sure what this means. Was it returned to the British, or was "Canada Border Protection" an American agency? Will check with the Historical Society.
