STATION IS A 4 INCH BRASS DISK ON A 18 INCH DIAMETER, 6 FEET DEEP CONCRETE MONUMENT PROTECTED BY A CAST IRON COVER. STATION IS STAMPED SK012 AND HAS THE LOGO VILLAGE OF SKOKIE CONTROL MONUMENT 2000.
