Located at the corner of Parr and Frederick St. in St. Andrews, this building is typical of a 19th century Martime Courthouse. Built in 1839-40, this temple style building bears a Royal Coat of Arms that was added later in 1858.

Adjacent is the old jail which is also the town archives and open for tours.
