Maple dell scout camp was developed in the 1940's, and currently is the most developed and utilized scout camp in the UNPC. It is used for 8 weeks of the summer for camps that support 450 individuals at one time. During the fall and spring it hosts district camporees, Order of the Arrow Events, 3-4 Wood Badge courses, Leave No Trace Courses, and many other activites. The winter has cross country sking, snowshoeing, and district winter campouts.
The camp teaches 26 merit badges, that are included in the following areas:
Lakefront courses in Canoeing and Rowing
Pool courses: Swimming and Lifesaving
Handycraft: Woodcarving, Basketry, Leatherwork, Art
Scoutcraft: Pioneering, Indian Lore, Orienteering, Wilderness Survival.
First Aid area: Emergency Prepardness, and First Aid
Nature area: Geology, Envioremental Science, Nature, Insect Study, Forestry, Mammal Study, Reptile Study, Soil and Water Conservation.

Pit 21 - to teach/pass off requirments up to 1st Class
Cope course
Fronteersman - Program that includes plant ID, Tomohawk Throwing, Black Powder Shooting, Indian Games, Trapping, Tracking, and participation in a Mountain Man Rendezvous.
Adult Trainings in Leave no Trace, Leadership Specific Trainings, Outdoor Leadership Skills, BSA lifeguard, Safe Swim, Safe Afloat, and sometimes CPR certifications.
