Anyone who loves the beach and lives in South Jersey can tell you about Ventnor. Located between Atlantic City and Margate, it is the one of the most family friendly vacation places on the east coast.

The posted coordinates are for the beginning of the Beach, on the Margate side, in line with South Martindale Avenue.
I have been coming to this beach for over 30 years so I figured July 4 would be the time to finally post this waymark. This beach is fantastic as is neighboring Margate, Long Port and Ocean City. It is very family friendly. Life guards are always on duty. I always see wiffle ball playing, volleyball, kayaking, fishing, jogging, and other ball-related activities.
They do have a slew of kids walking around checking for beach tags. SO make sure you bring cash or are adept at ducking bill collectors.
