This fountain sits in the lake directly in front of the Hall of Fame at the World Golf Village. This is located off International Golf Parkway just off Interstate 95.

On one of the walls surrounding this lake there is an ornamental plaque that reads:
Kelly Lake
Dedicated on May 16, 1998 in honor of Vernon A. Kelly, Jr.,whose extraordinary diplomacy and perseverance were fundamental to the development of the World Golf Village. As the center piece of this project, Kelly Lake represents the union of many diverse entities, and consequently symbolizes the varied talent and the remarkable dedication of the man for whom it is named.
