Annie's Annuals is located at 740 Market Avenue in Richmond. They grow and distribute annuals, perrenials, and rare and heirloom plants to retail nurseries around the Bay Area. They also sell plants here and have a spectacular demonstration garden. Special events throughout the year are especially fun--check out the Mother's Day weekend event! It's in a low-income/industrial part of Richmond, but they have secure off-street parking.
