This Historic-Victorian Style Gothic Building was Built in 1884. Two years after the founding of the Cleveland Zooalogical Park. It was the first zoo building on the original site of the zoo at Wade Park on Cleveland's east side. It served at Deer Shelter, Granery and Zoo Keepers' Quarters.

Moved here and restored in 1970, this building is now used as an Ice Cream shop.
