Constructed in 1902, this building housed the old Bank of Richmond and the town coroner, Dr. Abbott. It is a contributing building to the Point Richmond historic district.

This wood-frame building located on the southwest corner of Washington and West Richmond Avenues in historic Point Richmond originally housed the old Bank of Richmond. Above the bank was the office of the town coroner, Dr. Abbott. Dr. Abbott operated his Emergency Hospital here. Over the years it has had many occupants including the Bank Club Billiard and a clothing store. (From the pamphlet "Historic Downtown Point Richmond: A Short Walking Tour.")

As of 2008, the building houses the Prudential Realty Company.
