This is located at the northwest corner of University and San Pablo Avenues on the Wells Fargo Building. It's about 3 feet off the ground on the east facing corner of the building. The disk is recessed into the wall and looks as if it's been plastered over and then had the plaster scratched off.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
