Built in 1784, this is one of the oldest churches in this area. Although its address is listed as Meadowview it is actually in the community of Lodi.

Registered as an American Presbyterian Historical Site", number 246 by the Presbyterian Historical Society.
It is in museum condition with a extremely well kept church yard and cemetery across the road.
The oldest marker seems to be 1790.
Nestled in the hills of South Western Virginia, Middle Fork of the Holston River is just in site. Surrounded by views of the Holston Mountains this may be one of the most scenic churches I have ever come across.
Unfortunetly, I have not found much on its history. A run to the Counties Historical Society is in order.
