This is a beautiful home with a front and side entrance. Since this house was last inspected as a proposed contributing structure, two businesses have been added, creating a duplex of sorts and a second address, 309.

The local mail carrier was present at the time and helped me make sense of the various structures and their addresses, which, if you are not from the area, are all very confusing. This particular site had undergone renovations some years ago and therefore had to be split into two addresses.
Located at 311 Chester Avenue a few hundred feet or so from downtown Moorestown, this is one of 351 contributing buildings/structures to this historic district.
The Department of the Interior sent me the following narrative/information on this house:
"c.1890. 2 ½ story, 3-register gable-fronted house, side wing with 2-story polygonal bay. Stone foundation, frame construction resided with aluminum. Mid-20th-century first floor Colonial Revival front, brick-faced, bowed picture window. 1/1 double hung sash above, paired at attic. - Contributing.”
