Quick Description: This is one of two artillery displays located on the grounds of Tatem-Shields American Legion Post No. 17. The other display is US Army 57 MM Anti Tank. Both displays make up a non-specific war memorial called Artillery Park.

These permanent artillery fixtures were added to the American Legion grounds on December 7, 2000 in a ceremony in which the war memorial was dedicated.

The 7.5 cm PaK 40 (7.5 cm Panzerabwehrkanone 40) was a German 7.5 centimetres (3 in) anti-tank gun developed in 1939-1941 by Rheinmetall and used during the Second World War. (Source: (visit link)
