The Clinton County Area Solid Waste Agency will accept all recyclables from 7am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. On Saturday, they are open from 7:00am to Noon. They also take used motor oil. There is a slight fee for tires, large appliances, and electronic items. Refrigerators and air conditioners must have gases removed and then tagged by appropriate service technicians.
