The Karpeles Manuscript Library is dedicated to education by preservation of the original handwritten letters and documents of the great men and women of the past who have changed and shaped history. They are the worlds largest private holding of important original manuscripts and documents. There are nine separate Karpeles Museums across the USA. Two are in Buffalo, NY.
North Hall is in the former First Church of Christ, Scientist building, built in 1911.
