There have long been legends of larger-than-human hairy bipeds in the forests of the world. Along with Sasquatch, Yeti and the Abominable Snowman, Bigfoot has filled stories and legends for many a year. Bigfoot is named from the large humanoid footprints left behind, much larger than an actual human is capable of, and is projected to be anywhere between eight and 11 feet tall. This statue is based partly upon film and still photos allegedly of the creature, and partly upon speculation. The statue stands in front of what was originally a burger bar named for Bigfoot, but is now an asian restaurant.
