Columbus Zoo and Aquarium - Powell, Ohio - Public Aquariums on Waymarking.com

The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium has, of course, a very nice aquarium. There are actually several different aquarium buildings here. Discovery Reef is the large saltwater aquarium. There are many different types of fish, sharks, and other critters. They also have a small open tank where you can pet starfish and other sea creatures.

Next to Discovery Reef is the manatee habitat. There, they have, of course, Manatee, sea turtles, and other smaller fish.

Across from Discovery Reef, and the Manatee House is a penguin habitat as well.

Admission is $10.00 for adults, $7.00 for children 2-9 and seniors 60+, and free for children under 2. Admission includes access to the entire zoo and all of the aquariums here.

Visit Instructions:

1. Take a photo of the front entrance with the public aquarium's name on it. Optional photos include pics of the exhibits inside the aquarium but of course, admission and/or entry is not required to log this waymark.
