This trip starts at Wisners Canoe Rental. A bus takes you to Croton Dam for the long trip (4-6 hours) or to the High Rollway for the shorter (2-3 hours). We have done this in a Kayak and in a tube.

Parking/put-in/launching information:
Parking is in Downtown Newaygo, near the Canoe rental

Paddling conditions to be expected:
A nice flow, mostly shallow. Our favorite!

Beginner

Canoe rental for the long trip is 40$

Type of trip:
The shuttle takes you to the dam, and then you paddle back to the rental.
