This Cut Mark is on the south angle of the south west face of the pub. The Falcon is renowned for its delicious food with appropriate prices. There are well kept gardens, a pristine village green and neat shrubbery all around the Cut Mark. Castle Ashby is on an estate belonging to the Marquess of Northampton and their ancient abode stands nearby.

The Mark was last verified in 1960 and is recorded as being 77.1205 above sea level and 0.7 above the ground.
