The culvert crosses a small stream and it was rather buried under soil and ivy. After some excavation the Rivet was found together with a Cut Mark.

Last verified in 1960 the Rivet is 49.9872 above sea level and located at ground level. It is on the south side of the junction with Whiston Road and on the west side. Opposite the road junction is a popular path to the River Nene.
