This memorial was begun back around 2005 and allowed local families to dedicate and donate brick pavers to a friend or family member that was from the Fulton area and had served in the military. Around the outside perimeter of the bricks are plaques dedicated to each war and in the center are several flags. There are a couple of park benches located here as well. The location of this and the war memorial itself cannot be missed as visitors enter Fulton on State Route 3, as it can be seen from quite a distance away.
