The main churchyard is behind the church, all the grave stones have been moved to the side of the churchyard, the area where the graves are, is now just a grassy area with a large cross in the centre.
This Parish Church is dedicated to St Nivet and is supposed to stand in the very centre of the Cornwall land mass.
The Church is situated in the centre of the Cornish village of Lanivet. There has been a church on this site since from at least 1318, the present church was built in the 15th century.

Name of church or churchyard: Churchyard of Lanivet Church
