This disk is one of about 120 located in Cobb County GA. They were monumneted as an aid for survey teams needing them in Cobb. They are now part of a CORS network set up in Cobb.

This marker is in the front lawn of a church on Roswell Rd. It is about 50 feet from the edge of the sidewalk on the S side of the road and 3 feet N of a withness post.

This marker is in Land District 16 Land Lot 969 and is the first monument in that Land lot.
