The Regular Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Madison was held on Monday, the 8th day of November, 1999 at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building. The Millennium Committee was on hand to answer questions about the town’s Time Capsule. The Mayor stated: "I will declare November 26, 1999 as Greetings to Future Generations Day to commemorate the burial of the time capsule in front of Borough Hall".
