This is the place for extreme chocolate lovers! Even the scent from the street will make you salivate. Tours are offered daily at various times, but you should call to make reservations and find out exactly when the day's tour is offered. (510) 981-4066. Private tours of up to 45 people are offered at 35$ a person. (Perhaps a nice company trip or a bridal-shower theme.)
The gift shop is also divine offering dozens of chocolate-oriented products and gifts, and if you have a moment, the cafe associated with the company offers lovely lunches and snacks.
