This pillar is in an interesting location adjacent to an 18th century stone building, largely intact, known as the Hell-Fire Club, as well as the foundations of a bronze-age ring-fort. The views over the city and the coastline are remarkable. Sadly the trig pillar itself is disfigured with graffiti.
Type of Trigpoint: Triangulation Pillar
