Boundary Mon 34 AR OK - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

The monument is in good physical condition and is located on the Arkansas-Oklahoma border one mile south of the Boundary Mon 33 location. The monument is located on private property and permission must be obtained. A privately owned Arkansas road terminates on the State Line about 1/8 of a mile south of the monument. The Monument was leaning toward Oklahoma and was about 90 degrees off. It is now in an upright position, tied to the fence and oriented correctly. A 15/16 inch hole is present passing through the Cher and Ark sides about 5 inches below the cap. The hole doesn't appear to have been drilled. The monument is located on and may be marked on the "Watts" 7 1/2 Minute Topographic Map.
