Description of Memorial: The old Legion hall, organized in 1920 by returning WWI veterans, in a building built in 1870, made into a Legion hall in 1949. There is no space available for a larger memorial, it is mounted on the building next to the flag pole. This is the historic old downtown Saint Peters (current downtown, is located some 3 miles away).
