What the man is riding I don't know but I it looks like a horse with no head. This schulpture is located at the Bothell Library along with many others. The rest aren't as wierd though. When you visit please include a photo to prove you were there.

Don Quixote seems to be a a very famous two volume book from the Spanish Golden Age. All the paintings of him though have a horse with a front. I don't know where the artist got the idea of lopping off the poor horse's head and legs.
