This is NBC Studios located at 10 Rockefeller Plaza in Manhattan, NY.
This studio is across the street from the GE Building (at 30 Rockefeller Plaza) and hosts the morning news program "The Today Show".
If you watch the local broadcast weekday mornings from 7:00am-9:00am, you can stand outside the windowed studio and have a chance at getting on TV. Occasionally, one or two of the news anchors will come outside and speak with those gathered outside.
On Fridays during the summer, The Today Show sponsors the Summer Concert Series outside the studio in Rockefeller Plaza. These concerts are always jam packed with fans. Some of the performers for the 2008 season include Neil Diamond, Mary J Blige, Alanis Morissette, Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts, Miley Cyrus, and Sheryl Crow among others.
