This McDonald's has been around for a long time. When first built, there were no places to sit. It was just a carry out. Then they added indoor seating in the front. Then a drive through was built. Finally they bought the building next door tore it down and rebuilt a brand new building on that lot. That's the building we have today.
I checked the unique design checkbox because of the arch in front of the building. When the new building was built, the old arch was going to be destroyed but people complained and they got the old arch back.
