Long Description:
There are grave marker medallions representing major wars on a pedestal at the foot of the main stone. The main stone itself states:

RESPECTFULLY DEDICATED TO OUR MEN & WOMEN
FROM LINESVILLE AND VICINITY
WHO FAITHFULLY SERVED OUR COUNTRY
IN TIME OF NEED
