This isn't quite a static display, but more like an elephant's graveyard for Saddam Hussein's destroyed anti-aircraft guns and mobile surface to air launchers. These weapons were part of his force protection at his Royal Air Force Base in Al Kut, Iraq. The base is now known as Forward Operating Base (FOB) Delta and is a U.S. controlled Coalition Forces FOB. Since this waymark is on the base, you will need the proper ID to get on. But then again, if you don't have the proper ID, you would be considered an insurgent and that wouldn't be too good.
Location restrictions:
FOB Delta is in Al Kut, Iraq. Unfortunately this area is considered a war zone so you will need proper ID to get on the base. For that matter, you will need proper ID to even get in the country.
