The falls can be best observed by following down a path about 100 meters from the parking area. A nice viewing deck has been built from native timber and true to the Thai love for trees, the deck is built around the trees so that one very large tree even grows right up through the middle of the deck. The falls drops over a cliff just up from the deck and cascades down over huge boulders as it continues down into the river and streams below. Since the walk "down" is easy, be prepared for a steep climb back to your vehicle and remember that there's no "OSHA" requirements in Thailand so steps are uneven and sometimes short or steep.
