Holmepark Fell is part of the Farleton / Hutton Roof area of limestone crags and pavement. Much is open access land and some parts are nature reserves and SSSIs.
There is a good bridleway coming from the west, from Holmepark Farm. It can also be approached from the minor road to the east, where there is more parking than the A6070.
Good views to the south and west down to Lancaster and Morecambe Bay, plus the hills of the Lakes. Fascinating rock scenery, crags, pavement and boulders.
