Long Description:
This toll house is on the road between Yealmpton & Modbury at Yealm Bridge. It still has the toll charges sign on the wall. The charges were :-

Coach & Horses - 1 shilling
Horse & Cart - 5d
Bullock 2d
Pedestrian 1d

The house now looks like it is a private home.
