While the waymark category asks for favorite Tex Mex restaurants, I am sharing one that is not actually one of my faves, although the Parillada is fairly good, as are the chorizo burritos. The main attraction here, for me, is proximity. My favorite restaurant is U.S. Border Cantina (on Highway 70 S), but I would consider it more Mex - Mex than Tex Mex.
Of course, some in my family are more fond of Las Palmas, so it is a fave of some people I know. And, the prices are reasonable. If you are really big on ground beef, Las Palmas could be a fave of yours, as well.
