This stone arch bridge is in a very unique area behind St. Joseph's Church in Apple Creek, Missouri. Follow the stations of the cross down the hill, along the side of the church to a natural amphitheatre area with seats and an altar area. The altar area is on the opposite side of a small stream that begins at a spring there. The stone bridge allows the priest to get to the altar without jumping or getting wet.
This village/town is in a very rural area. The village consists of the church property and a few houses. Well worth the visit!
