The U.S. Post Office at 220 North Beach Street in Daytona Beach is a historic building. On June 30, 1988, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
Syle: Mediterranean Revival. Architect was Harry M. Griffin. It is a 2 stories building. The front portico is faced with stone from the Florida Keys. A series of 5 arches frame the windows of the first floor. 4 cast iron light standards on limestone bases are situated on either side of the 2 front entrances.
Built as a work project in the Depression(1932).
