Die hier aufgestellte Windharfe wurde 1999 von dem in der Region ansässigen Harfenbauer und Musiker R. Oppermann entwickelt und gebaut.
Si wurde speziell zu dem Zweck konstruiert, Wind in Klänge zu verwandeln. Die Saiten sind auf zwei Grundtöne (C/G) gestimmt.

A small wind harp was installed here (the "Knight-Hall" of Altes Schloss) between 1851 and 1920. But this one was made in 1999 by local instrument maker and harpist R. Oppermann. The vibrations of the 120 strings (tuned to C and G) are amplified by a sound box in the 13 foot tall structure. You can buy CD's in the restaurant at Altes Schloss, just above the parking area (at 48°46.593'N, 8°14.577'E).
