The Beverly Sunset is designed to look like a classic movie house of the early 1900s. However, inside is a candy store featuring all sorts of delicious Disney treats.

The marquee has a variety of colored neon in some very elaborate designs that lights up and turns off in a regular pattern. On top of the building is a tower with blue and orange neon with Beverly and Sunset alternating on and off.
