This beautiful Queen Anne brick residence was designed by Charles S. Sedgewick in 1886 for George W. Baird, who was a noted sheep breeder, Grange leader, and village founder of Edina. The elegant red brick farmhouse has been home to five families over the years, and is owned today by Brad and Arlene Forrest. In 2003, the Forrests won the Edina Heritage Award, which is given in recognition to property owners who have helped preserve the tangible aspects of the community’s heritage.
