This is the Town of Rochester Public School located on Route 209 in Accord, NY, USA. I have tried unsuccessfully to find the actual name of this school, but all references refer to the school simply as the 'public school' in the Town of Rochester.
The school was at one time (1870-1871) led by Principal Alton Brooks Parker who eventually became the Chief Judge of the New York State Court of Appeals from 1897-1904 and was also a candidate for President of U.S. in 1904. He, as we know, lost to President Theodore Roosevelt.
The school is now the Patroon Grange.
