"Shoreline Golf Links offers four sets of tees, well-maintained fairways and fast and true putting greens. The course has some excellent vistas of coastal mountains and San Francisco Bay, particularly on Holes 7-9 and 10-12. With 16 acres of fresh water lakes and a 50-acre sailing lake adjacent to the tenth hole, the visual character of the course is "open and expansive". Play in the afternoon is usually made more challenging by winds which will ordinarily involve 1-2 club differentials. The buffer zone of windswept land is part of Shoreline at Mountain View, which also features a sailing lake, two restaurants, bicycle and jogging trails and other open space uses.

The course is open for play - weather permitting - 364 days a year. The course is closed on December 25. Play on the course occurs generally from dawn to dusk, as tee times are scheduled in relation to sunrise (5:40 a.m. in mid-June and 6:50 a.m. in mid-December) and sunset (8:00 p.m. in mid-June and 4:50 p.m. in mid-December).

Park in the golf course parking area and walk to our pro shop at 2940 North Shoreline Boulevard.
