Cafe on the Route.
Rt. 66 Roadside Attraction.
Built around 1870 this cafe was formerly the Crowell Bank, which was robbed by Jesse James in 1876.
It is currently a Restraunt bed and breakfast.
One of our great finds for the day down Historic Rt.66 after meeting up with GlobetrottersUS in Joplin today.
She went east and we went west after a great Waymarking breakfast.
So you better get on over to Kansas and see these great places along the Historic Rt.66.
It will be well worth your efforts and drive just a little off the beaten path.
As always have fun be safe and
