UPDATE: They have moved but in an effort to preserve history and account for what was once here, this has been turned into a LEGACY waymark to signify its historical import to the region. Unlike Geocaching which archives, in Waymarking we preserve and document.
My original waymark:
Please Touch Museum, the Children's Museum of Philadelphia, was founded in 1976 with the mission of enriching the lives of children by providing learning opportunities through play. Over its 31-year history, the popular museum has come to be recognized nationally for its excellence.
Admission today was $10.95 per adult or child. They has occasionally will have a special during the week with reduced admission prices. There are also group rates and memberships available. There is a refreshment area, a kids store and my favorite part, a coat rack. The bathrooms were clean and there were a few water fountains as well. We had a difficulty time with parking as it was a Saturday so we were forced to pay $15 to a parking garage. It was definitely worth the money as my son was ecstatic from the moment he set foot in this place.
