This KFC is a little difficult to get to since there is no direct access from either IL Route 59 or 95th Street. You have to meander along the access drive named Reflections Drive if you want curb your KFC fix.
We arrived right before the lunch rush on a Saturday and the staff was already behind - probably because they were understaffed. They seemed to be focusing all their efforts to the drive-thru orders. Those of us indoors would have to wait.
Half of us ordered KFC and the other half fromt he Taco Bell menu. The order was missing a few items, so we had to wait at the counter again to get everything - which meant waiting past the drive-thru orders, again.
Overall, a very underwhelming experience.
