This monument is located in the the historic district of Warren, Pennsylvania at Soldiers and Sailors Park. The monument is adorened with a Civil War soldier and surrounded by the men, women and children of Warren County that made sacrificies during this conflict. The monument states:



In memory of Warren County Heros. They fought a good fight, they kept our Country's faith, we cherish our memories.

Cold Harbor,

Peach Tree Creek,

Fair Oaks,

Petersburg,

Five Forks,

Appomattox.



On fame's eternal camping ground

their silent tents are spread,

and glory guards with solemn round
