Livermore has had its problems when it comes to time capsules. A few years ago it made national news because it lost it's old time capsule. Nobody seemed to remember where it was buried. After about a week or two, a note was found in the records department detailing its location.

This capsule was buried in Jan 2000, and is to be opened in Dec. 2099
